Wednesday 11th March
Great Grimsby Charter Day at the Town Hall (in walking distance of Grimsby Town railway station) from 10am to 4pm with exhibitions from NEL Archives 'Royal Connections', North Lincolnshire Archaeology and History Society, and GCDCS 'Grimsby People'. Free admission.
Friday 27th March
Lions on the Line visiting inns at Stallingborough, Ulceby and Habrough finishing at the White Swan at Barton interchange. Departing on the 18:08 train from Barton and due back at 21:51. Everyone welcome, no need to book, normal train fares apply.
Saturday 4th April
Railway 200 event at Stallingborough station starting at 11am with a talk on the platform about the new murals followed by refreshments at the Village Hall.

BCCRP Easter Special on the Barton Line departing Barton 10:08 and Cleethorpes 11:13. Free chocolate goodies for holders of valid tickets from any station on the line. Normal fares apply.

The N Counties E Premier match between Barton Town and Wombwell Town which will kick off at 15:00 at The Easy Buy Stadium, Off Pasture Road, Barton Upon Humber, DN18 5RL is being sponsored by FoBL. The stadium is a short walk from Barton on Humber railway station. Anyone presenting a valid Barton Line Ticket will be given 50% off the admission fee by the club with FoBL covering the other 50%

Sunday 17th May *
Start of the Summer Sunday service on the Barton line. A table has been booked for a meal at The George Inn, Barton, for 12:30, allowing time for those arriving into Barton on the first train from Cleethorpes (at approx 11:00) to visit the Ropewalk Gardening Event or elsewhere in the town first. Please contact Christine (secretary@bartonrail.org) by Saturday 9th May if you wish to book a place.

FBL AGM and OGM at the No.1 inn at Cleethorpes station from 7pm. Members and their invited guests only, please.

Barton carnival.

Barton bike night. CANCELLED due to a lack of new volunteers coming forward. It is hoped to run this immensely popular event again when sufficient numbers can form a team. Greatful thanks must go to those who have done so well in the past.
