Platform 4 at Cleethorpes station reopened to passengers on Monday 25th November 2024 by Network Rail.


The first passenger service to use the platform that morning was TransPennine Express Trains 06:24 Cleethorpes - Liverpool Lime Street. Thanks to FBL member Phillip for the photograph of the train leaving.

The first Barton Line train to arrive at platform 4 was the 11:54 Barton - Cleethorpes on Friday 6th December 2024
Realtime Trains | 2F88 1154 Barton-on-Humber to Cleethorpes | 06/12/2024


This then became the first train to leave the platform, forming the 12:56 Cleethorpes - Barton.
