Travel support for Eastern Airways staff and customers, 28–29 October 2025
Customers and staff affected by the suspension of Eastern Airways services in the UK are being offered support by train companies.
TransPennine Express, LNER, Northern and ScotRail will offer free Standard Class travel to affected Eastern Airways staff and customers on Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 October 2025. Station staff will facilitate travel for those affected on reasonable routes to complete their journeys.
To access this support, affected individuals should present either an Eastern Airways employee ID, boarding pass, or flight confirmation to station staff.
